How far in advance do I need to schedule an appointment?
We recommend scheduling at least 3 days in advance to ensure availability.
Do you offer same day or emergency services?
Yes, we offer same day and emergency services based on availability. Please contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do you work on weekends or after hours?
Yes, we offer weekend and after-hours services, which may incur an additional charge.
Payment and Policies
What is your policy on cancellation or rescheduling?
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel. A full copy of this agreement will be sent to you when booking.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cashapp.
Do you require a deposit before starting work?
Yes, we require a $100 deposit to secure your service date. The amount will be applied to the total cost of the service.
